As an Intuition + Energy Coach and Energy Healing Practitioner, trained in various energy healing and intuitive modalities, my intuitive gifts include the unique ability to strengthen your connection to your intuition, your original energetic blueprint and to shine a light on the deeper subconscious patterns that are actually contributing to the issue you’re working through. What I have found is that a lot of people are merely addressing the symptoms of the patterns they want to break. I help you feel safe as you dig deeper to the root cause of what’s not working.
After multiple ongoing requests from clients for a deeper level of support with connecting to their intuition, nurturing their intuitive gifts and learning to work with energy directly, I opened up this container of 1:1 coaching to support clients with a space to be seen, heard, held and guided. Knowing how transformative coaching can be when blended with energy healing, I’m excited to offer this container of 1:1 support.

I’ll share my intuition, intention and energy hacks with you so you feel empowered on the daily.
I’ll constantly share my knack of having a bird’s eye view of your situation, point out patterns that are causing self-sabotage and areas where you can dig deeper to address the root of problems that surface.
I’ll be holding space for you during and in between your sessions. Expect me to be taking copious notes during our calls, tailoring practices for you to implement based on our discussions and lovingly prepping before each of our calls together so you truly receive as much impact as possible during our work together.
